Which ethnicity (ics) are the most recent arrivals to each neighborhood and how are they similar/different from the ethnicities that were already there? Answer: The ethnicities in Downtown Brooklyn that are the newest arrivals are the Asians. The Asians are considered to be a more work driven group of people. Therefore, there are a lot of businesses in Downtown Brooklyn. The ethnicities in DUMBO that are the newest arrivals are the Blacks. Some of the black people were artist and factory workers in the places that they used to live before relocating. Therefore, they just kept the same jobs when they came to DUMBO.

Answer: The thing that brings the different ethnicities together in Downtown Brooklyn is the sense of business. The thing that sets the different ethnicities apart in Downtown Brooklyn is the craziness of the area itself. The thing that brings the different ethnicities together in DUMBO is the art district. The thing that sets the different ethnicities apart in DUMBO is the deindustrialization of the area.
