Materials: Fishing rod, fish, and a fishing tank
Age Group: Pre-K (3-4)
Learning Objective: The children in the class will learn about how to count from 1-10 by playing the fishing game and counting the scale on the fish.
Method:
Step 1: I will gather the children and have the children form a circle.
Step 2: Next I will introduce the children the fishing game
Step 3: Next I will lay out the different fish in the middle of the circle.
Step 4: I will then demonstrate how to use the fishing rod and then show the small group of children how to catching a fish.
